Can you handle the whole trip?
Yes. We can take care of the full experience or complement what you already have arranged: accommodation, transfers, reservations, wineries, mountains, nightlife, and general coordination.
What kind of experiences do you design?
We design group trips with their own rhythm: wine, mountains, snow, gastronomy, music, nightlife, and moments created to make the experience feel different.
How far in advance should we contact you?
The earlier, the better. Some experiences, accommodation, and reservations depend a lot on the date. Still, if the trip is close, write to us anyway and we will see what can be built.
Do you customize?
Yes. We start from a few base experiences, but every proposal adapts to the group, the dates, the budget, and the type of trip they want to live.
Do you only work with groups?
Our focus is groups (large or small): friends, celebrations, getaways, special trips, and private experiences. We can also handle more specific proposals if the idea makes sense with our way of working.
How do we book?
Once the proposal is defined, it is confirmed with a deposit. From there, we coordinate everything needed for the trip to flow from start to finish.
What happens if the weather changes?
We always work with alternatives. If one part of the plan changes, we reshape the experience so the group keeps enjoying without losing rhythm.
